I am originally from the Quad Cities. I earned a BA degree from Marycrest in Elementary Education with a minor in reading. I completed my master's degree in Developmental Reading K-12 from the University of Iowa. I currently teach fourth grade, Literacy Learning & Teaching II, and Intro. to College Reading as an adjunct instructor.
